Guided Meditations

What happens when meditation and spirituality meet positive psychology in a retreat weekend? The answer is fun-filled personal transformation. In this retreat I am going to bring together the disciplines I truly love:

  1. Meditation and spiritual practices: Would allow us to move inside and increase self-awareness. We explore unique meditation techniques such as “Awareness & Acceptance meditation” and “Intention Meditation” while practicing some of the classics such as the “Loving Kindness Meditation” and “Body-Scan Meditation”. We will also explore some movement-based spiritual exercises. My vision is to use these practices in order to shake our internal carpet that is covering what’s moving inside – to see what would we find under the carpet. Perhaps there are gems you would like to embrace consciously and enjoy. And perhaps there is old dust that has been left there long ago and it is now time for you to let it fly away. Whatever you find, it would be important for you to realise and explore.
  1. Positive Psychology: Would allow us to utilise the wonderful insights from our meditative and spiritual practice and offer ourselves positive change. We will work on finding deeper meaning and purpose in life, increasing our experience of savouring and joy, and deepening sense of self-acceptance and self-compassion. My intention is for you to take the insights from the meditative and spiritual practice through the processing of positive psychology exercises; the result would be transformative.

Venue: Claridge House is a unique building, set in extensive grounds, surrounded by a beautiful and peaceful area for you to walk and meditate. It is a venue for transformational workshops and retreats, offering peace and connection with oneself. At Claridge House all meals are vegetarian and prepared from fresh ingredients. 19:30 – 21:00: Opening Circle & Group Meditation (including Yoga Nidra)


Saturday 8th October 2016

8:00 – 9:00: Breakfast

9:00 – 10:00: Morning Meditation – Opening heart and body

10:15 – 11:30: Deepening Meaning and Purpose in life

12:00 – 13:00: Meditative Games

13:00 – 14:00: Lunch

14:00 – 16:00: Relaxation time – walking in nature, meeting others, time on your own.

16:00 – 18:00: Heart-opening Yoga Session (beginners level) – stepping into self-compassion and acceptance

19:00 – 20:00: Dinner

20:30 – 22:00: The Spiritual quest for self-awareness


Sunday 9th October 2016

8:00 – 9:00: Breakfast

9:00 – 10:00: Morning Meditation – Opening heart and body

10:15 – 12:00: Transforming Comfort Zone into Courage Zone

12:00 – 13:00: Relaxation time – walking in nature, meeting others, time on your own.

13:00 – 14:00: Lunch

14:00 – 15:00: Closing Circle & Group Meditation

15:00 – 16:00: Tea & Cake – and Departure
